Man and I was feeling guilty about ordering $35 for caliper paint. You guys have spent some serious $$$ on your cars. Who cares though? As long as you are being responsible and taking care of the grown up stuff spent the rest on how you see fit.
I am still very happy with my ms3 and this is coming from someone who has had 10 vehicles over the past 10 years.
I will probably keep it for many, many years as a DD. As a future toy I am thinking an MX-5 Miata or a used 911 997. You get can get the 997 on the high 40's now which is a deal.
Agreed get the house. You will most likely not find deals like this in your lifetime.
There will always be deals on cars. Just be sure to get a house with a nice garage so when the time comes you can park a nice MS3 in there (2thumbs)
I like Nissans in general (my wife has a Murano) and I have always liked the Z line. But let's face it the MS3 is a lot cheaper and more practical if that is your thing. It is also not a cop magnet (I think I have got off lucky because it is a Wagon).
When I had my red BMW I was pulled over...
I will chime in to point out the the practical hatchback. The hatch made it a true winner for me because I need something to haul stuff from time to time. It came down to the Speed3 or Porsche 993 for me. The practical side won over for me because as you well said it is very "balanced."
Mine has been solid but time will tell. I have had mine almost 2 years. I would expect average reliability maybe a little less with the turbo.
You have to pay if you want to play.
Comfort/speed.
It is difficult to find a vehicle that will do both very well. However, the killer gas mileage/performance I get with my Speed3 would cause me to immediately replace my Speed with another one if something was to happen to it.
Yeah Motortrend mentioned it will get a decent power bump...up to 300lbs or torque I believe the article mentioned.
With that kind of new power I bet insurance rates will also see a good bump so I believe I will pass on this one.
Ford has a few decent vehicles but nothing I would really buy. The Edge is Ok but still not on par with my Murano. There is a BIG reason American autos depreciate more rapidly than the competition...no one really wants them.
Besides the Vette GM has nothing...maybe the G8 but it is still a...
Watch those 5 quart jugs at Wally World. There has been multiple reports on Bobistheoilguy.com that the "5 quart" jugs have been measuring more like 4 quarts. This could explain the cheaper price.
