2015 - On level road with air on @70 mph I get 30/31. My overall average for 39,531 miles is 28.4 (pump), and 28.6 (dash).

More luxury equals more $$$$. If you want more luxury you have two ways, pay more for your CX-5, or get a more luxurious CUV. Either way means more cost.

I am on my second CX-5, (2013 & 2015) and have a pacemaker, and defibrillator. No problems.

I had a 2013 CX5, and now a 2015. I can't even remember what the shifter was like on the '13, so apparently it didn't bother me. Maybe a posted picture of a '13 would remind me.

I have always cleaned my front door windows, which are not factory tinted with Turtle Wax Ice, or some other detailer spray, rather than an alcohol/ammonia based window cleaner. There are also specific cleaners made for tinting, such as Eagle One's 20/20.

I have kept track of the dash read-out, and pump fill ups over 32,322.9 miles. Cumulative mpg for the pump is 28.6, for the dash it is 28.4, so I believe the dash read-out is fairly accurate. A lot of my driving has been highway, hence the higher average.

Saw an Aztec in black with a nice set of wheels on it. It didn't look that bad. Probably because the black hid a lot of the accent lines, which should be hidden.
