went to order the front tow hook and saw a pic. The eyelet looks very small...would a chain hook be able to fit into this small opening? The back one looks a tad bigger.

no, not that bolt. It was neatly stored to the right of the spare tire.

just checked my trunk. No tow hooks, but I have about a 6" long bolt like device with a wing nut on one end and threaded(1/4 to 3/8") on the other. Any idea what this is for?

There would be more stress on the body recovering a stuck vehicle than towing...you would think...no?

what's the purpose of the rubber cargo mat? Just so things won't slide? Can't see the purchase for just grocery bags, but it does look nice...just don't see the practicality for me.

my last fill up on my GTR was 28.6 mpg with all rural driving, no city no highway. 2K miles and mpg have slowly increased every fill up, 87 octane

love the machine grey, it's the only color that I actually like.
