I had on my P5 185/65/15 tires on last winter, with steelies (pukey)
This winter I have original alloys with 195/55/16 tires. And there's no problems. Could run even bigger diameter tires.
And the car is lowered -30mm
Just filling, P5 = 323F, Protege (sedan) = 323
And I got 323F Sport in here, cos' I got 2.0 engine in it. (cabpatch)
Usually other 323F have 1.5 or 1.8 engines, and they don't have same "bodykit" that Sport has.
Well, the header looks like this:
FS-ZE header & manifold
My point in this is mainly that I think it would be easier and cheaper to get those manifolds, than trying to find aftermarket header in here where I'm at.
And FS-ZE intake manifold could be better than normal mani VTCS removed.
What...
Yeap. I founded same thing about intake, it seems that only differences should be the resonator box, wich should work only in higher revs and FS-ZE intake don't have VTCS. So it should be interchangable, but doesn't give much hp gain.
But the header is still a little quostionmark for me. Cos'...
As the title says, is it possible to put FS-ZE header to FS-DE engine? FS-DE header is 4-1 and has cat right after it, FS-ZE header is 4-2, but I don't know where there should cat be?
I gues it would be possible to put FS-ZE header and make custom downpipe to it, but would it have any hp gains...
Jep. Going with FS-DE, only 131hp.
Been readin TheMan's faq, and EDM and US-engines have little difference, cams, if i remember right. But I'm wondering about the electric side, and maybe little also aobd-test..
Thanks!
Springs are Eibachs -30mm, I don't know wich Eibach, 'cos I bought them from a local Mazda dealer on a original mazda part number. Struts are original.
Grille is from ebay.
Hello
I have also been here for awhile just reading so many interesting topics. Actually really awesome forum, 'cos it's quite logical.
My first mazda were -89 Protege (323 in here)
I had it maybe 3 years, and it's apperience changed big time...
But it got totalled...
Then I bought another...
