    New owner here too. I traded in my 2017 cx5 GT for a 2016 cx9 GT today. I loved my cx5 but I with 3 kids now I needed a third row.

    Can anyone link from Amazon a good cabin air filter that will go in my 2017 cx5? Dealer wants to charge $45 for it but it seems easy enough to do myself. Just don't want to order the wrong one. Thanks

    Daytime running lights dim/flickering

    This has really gotten to the point where I see a 2016 GT with original headlights and Im like wow they havent failed yet? The new ones they replace them with are not as good as the original and you can definitely see the difference.

    license plate screws

    Anyone know what type of screws (size/style) is needed for the second gen cx5? I bought course ones and they don't fit, so I'm assuming they need the machine style ones? Is there a particular size? I couldn't find the info in the owner's manual for some reason

    2019 Mazda CX-5 vs. 2019 Toyota RAV4 (Car&Driver)

    The only thing better about the rav 4 is the extra cargo space and more mpg (due to 8spd) I like that they offer a pano roof as its the only thing I wish my Mazda had. But the price difference is insane. Not worth it. Better off getting a base Lexus suv

    Looking to purchase 2016 CX-5 Touring. How is the Engine & Transmission? Reliable?

    The engine is very reliable and they use it in a lot of their cars not just the cx5. The skyactiv tag is a marketing thing but the actual tech behind how they direct inject fuel into the engine is a master of engineering. You should check out some YouTube videos on it.

    Spend your money on a clear bra tbh. The red paint especially is prone to chipping and its nearly impossible to fix it aftermarket.

    Dealers use a rubber squeegee and Ive found these the best at snow removal. Not only is it really efficient it wont scratch your paint
