It actually comes out of the service manual... I have a feeling if the Mazda engineers didn't think it was going to possibly fall apart they wouldn't have put it in the service manual with bold letters. Maybe you have done it without that, but it's pretty easy just to take a piece of aircraft...

I like that to. I have found a circuit that has power 100% of the time while the key is either in the ignition on acc or running and it shouldn't interfere with any other circuit.
