Suspention upgrades, what else am I missing?

Are you talking about wrong diameter or due to the brackets? Because form multiple sources the FSB is 23mm and the RSB is 20mm. The brackets due need some modification from what I've read. Check the amazon review on the energy suspension p/n.

What have you done to your Mazda5 today?

I was thinking on running either 225/45/17 or 235/45/17 on my new 17x8 wheel. What do you guys think would be best? Oh and this would be riding on H&R springs.

What have you done to your Mazda5 today?

Just out curiosities sake, why did you end up getting a Mazda brand audio cable? Usually things like that cost more.

Although these are equivalent grade 5 nuts (I say this because in metric it's class, in this case they are 8), you're right about not knowing the original strength of nuts supplied. Damn I should of know better, and i work in the sheetmetal industry!

Self maintenance folks - do you write a statement on what you did?

I used to. I'd keep the receipt and would write down the mileage for my own personal records. But this really just consisted of oil changes. But now I just buy my own oil, take it to my local mechanic at lunch time and he charges me $12 for the job.

    Rally Man's -van thread

So I've had one of my Koni rear shocks waiting for its siblings for some time. So when the other rear shock came in yesterday I placed it with my first one. But was a bit shocked as to rusting on the two nuts that hold the shock to the vehicle. Not impressed (headshake. These nuts haven't...

Suspention upgrades, what else am I missing?

Oh, and forgot to add one more part. I think I probably went overboard on getting this part, but it really was one of the first purchased part I did for the Mazda5 without really know if I needed it or not: ● Corksport adjustable rear swaybar end links

Suspention upgrades, what else am I missing?

Yes my car is a 2010. Well I know my struts and shocks have been needing replacement. Also the front and rear bushings really need replacements, so figured get greasable poly bushings. Figured might as well get the RSB. Also my rear tires are getting chewed up, and knew that rear camber arms...

Suspention upgrades, what else am I missing?

Actually I'm having a shop for it for me. As much as I'd love to take on such a job, I don't the room, tools or time to do it myself. I'll be dropping of the car early. It should be ready to go by the time I off work. One thing though is how stiff I should make my Koni's. I have a family, so...

Suspention upgrades, what else am I missing?

Ok, I'm going to buy what I believe the last of my suspension upgrades before installing everything at once. But I need to make sure I'm not missing anything else or that's recommended. So here's a list of all the parts I've gotten so far: ● 2x monroe front strut mount ● 2x monroe rear...

Mechanic costs for breaks, and lower control arm

Not all are like that. Just keep an eye on the labor rate they quote you and what they have posted on the shop.

Mechanic costs for breaks, and lower control arm

My suggestion is source the parts from Amazon. Now keep in mind he's not going to be getting high end parts. Stick low cost good review items. After you add the parts up you'll see how much the shop is truly costing. When I replaced my discs and pads they where with parts I chose, knowing the...
