Confirmed with parts manager. It is not full synthetic. I am heading back to the dealership now. They are replacing the filter again and putting in proper fully synthetic oil. Annoying but they will fix it.

That’s not with the OEM remote though. If you cannot use the OEM remote to do it without the remote starter you cannot do it even with the remote starter. No difference. Unless you use a work around (see my previous comment).

It stays running if you open the door. All you have to do is get in and press the start/stop button and off you go. The only time it stops is if you hit the brake pedal before the ignition button (which you will do many times :) )
