If you hear clicking when turning, it could be CV axles. Look under car and inspect the CV rubber boots. Is it possible that they got torn driving over debris or rough terrain? Clunking in the rear could be loose spare tire or something in the spare tire well rolling around. Good luck.

Same problem with my 2017. Phone audio comes through Bluetooth. GPS audio, music, etc do not. There are other threads that talk about this problem. I'm hoping Mazda fixes it when the Android Auto-Apple Car Play becomes available.
