The NKG Iridiums are absolutely fine. There is zero documentation that the OEM plugs do anything different than the NKGs - it's all a matter of opinion and hearsay, but no fact-based evidence. Save your money for other items where OEM does make a difference.

I know Mazda really likes repeat customers, but have you ever considered just selling your vehicles instead of what you do to them? Just asking? :cool:

I installed OEM mud flaps on day 1 of getting my CX-5. Lots of snow/crud buildup here in Minnesota in winter. I've never had any problems with the trim pieces, the mud flaps take all the abuse, and they are still just fine today.

Or, it could be as simple as "these seats are just not comfortable for me" as we have seen many times on this forum.

My thought is the door seal as well.

I dunno, that engine is WAY louder than my 2014. I would be concerned.

I never rotate my tires. They last about 5 years which is about the maximum age of the rubber that I am comfortable with. Then I buy 4 new tires. I use the 2x10 type of "ramp" to change the oil. Works for me.

2014 GT with Premium package (in other words, highest level of CX-5 for 2014) - single horn.

You might be able to improvise with something like this. You could use a 3M tape like this to attach it.

Ha! So since this post started I started to notice that my CX-5 was just a touch slower turning over than it has been. It got worse as the temps dropped. So I got out my tester today and tested my Duralast AGM, 4-year old (12/22/16) battery and yup, it's bad. Headed to Walmart to pick up an $89...

I'd keep it even simpler than some of the others here. As noted, check that all of the electrical connectors are snug at the coils, at the ECU and at the battery. I'd also disconnect the battery for a while and see if the code appears again after reconnecting the battery resets everything. This...

Had a Taurus wagon once with a similar sound. Turned out to be the roof rack.

I've had 3M on the front of mine since new (August 2013). Zero issues whatsoever. Still looks great!
