I believe if you go to NGK's site Advance Auto is an authorized dealer. If you go to AA website they will match Rock Auto's price if you chat with their customer service. I did this recently and then picked the plugs up at my local AA store.

He washed the car. Then used a clay bar. Then used his wax, which I am not sure what brand it was. Maybe he needed to use a rubbing compound? In the past I have taken the car for washes and then have it waxed. Haven't tried rubbing compounds.

For the NGK ILKAR7L11, I bought them from Advanced Auto Parts. They are listed by NGK as an authorized dealer. Plus, they matched Rockauto's price online.

My mechanic just installed the NGK ILKAR7L11 spark plugs this morning on my 2016 CX-5 Sport at 75,220. Drove on the highway/city, and there seems to be no difference in performance when compared to the factory plugs. So far so good.

My '16 CX-5 Sport license plate screws are rusted badly. One of them I can't even insert a flat head screwdriver into the slot. What size do I replace them with? Are they available like at Advanced Auto or Autozone?

Just ordered the NGK ILKAR711 from Advanced auto parts for $46.60. Authorized dealer and they match Rockauto prices. Will be getting them installed by my mechanic soon and will let you know how they perform on my 2016 CX-5 sport.

I checked the ngk.com site and you can order the NGK ILKAR7L11 directly from NGK. Looked at their parts finder and the plugs are specifically designed for Mazda Vehicles with also the later models of the Toyota Yaris which was later made by Mazda.

Wouldn't the NGK ILKAR7L11 plugs be a better alternative than the value line?

I think in the above case the user used some BOSCH plugs. I wouldn't go with those. NGK is the OEM.
