I looked into getting some rims that had a centerbore of 64.1 mm and the guy I talked to said it could be machined to 67.1 mm without compromising the strength of the wheel.

shucks Well I installed my cp-e CAI, mm inserts, and shifter bushings, and had my tires rotated, but there is still no chirp...I guess I screwed up my clutch or some crap. I've never smelled burning clutch, and this is the second standard I have owned so I'm not new to stick shift vehicles...

Me too! I went from an '02 wrx to an '07 MS3 and could not be happier. Just finished my first round of mods too! If you do the equivalent of all the work you did on your suby to your speed3, you will not be sorry!

I saw those bolts and thought about it but I didn't know the torque specs on those bolts so I decided against it.

I installed my MM inserts this past weekend. It was pretty easy to get the mount out, but once you add the inserts, it sure does make it tough to get the mount squeezed back in there. I really like how the car starts with these inserts. One thing though, I need to get used to the slight...

Same here. Having the a/c on with the radio up is a recipe for a stall.
