Just to make it clear, it is for a turbo conversion. Because it is custom for my turbo and where i wanted the turbo to be placed, i dont think that it is wise to be replicated for others.

7000rpm real,( ~7200 on the dash) was not good for me. We had noise(maybe the valve springs?). Now i'm down to 6880(~7100 on the dash).

For those prices the stock ones are perfect for me :p

No. This is just my thought because mx5 NAs+NBs were having problems with the connecting rods over 27kg torque and Our connecting rods are longer than that(132.5mm vs 140.6mm). Ok you will tell me that our engine is newer but also NC's were blowing away the connecting rods with the corsworth...

He boosts 1.2bar with the stock mazda connecting rods? What kind(make and model) of turbo is he using?

No their not forged, in fact, stock mazda's internals especially the connecting rods are very sensitive.

Mazda 3 gearbox from 1.4 / 1.6 are all F35 so they are interchangeable but note that the mazda 3 2.0(and higher) are G35 and are very different.

Its not that simple. The acceleration from 0 it will be about the same. You will fill that you accelerate much faster cause of the sooner change of the gears but in reality isnt. The big difference will be when you are with 3rd gear and 3k rpm and you hit the gas, if there is a stock mazda 2...
