Dude, I am NOT having 14.8% trims. My trims on wot are 0 and you are wrong. Bone stock the 2 at wot have negative fuel trims. I know about the maps cause i have logs from dashhawk from 2008 to today. Nothing is changed under part throttle from what I can see. If stock ecu retard timming I am...

Ok, i see what are you saying. In my case The ecu is running on standard maps. The advance maps and fuel maps are not changed. No retarted timming or +-14.8% ltfts on full throttle after 4000miles. Maybe I am lucky, but everething is running as it should.

You said How your pushing the stock ecu to fail mode? The only check that i have is for the catalyst converter(P0420: Catalyst system efficiency below threshold) so i assume that the factory ecu is pretty happy from what is going on, so i believe that any changes in temp or gas quality the...

That is true. In any other case I was going with the AEM FIC or maybe with just programming the stock ecu. Can you explain this a bit more?

From my experience, the emanage ultimate is one of the easiest ECUs out there to program. Also it has abilities like an stand alone but you could have your car every day friendly because the stock ECU will handle idling, cold start and any other low load. In its era there was nothing else. yes...

Thanks guys :D Indeed the car is a lot of fun now. The chassis can handle the extra power and on a hill climb/track you dont have to work a lot with the stick between 2nd and 3rd gear you stay with 3rd :p..... and of course in a straight line...... I 'm glad that my build-log could be helpful...

Mazda 2 Manual with Turbo from Indonesia

Hey there, Impressive power number with that amount of boost. Mine at 0.4bar with TD04 straight from a WRX did 160hp with 210nm. I assume that your TD04 because it is from greddy it is a little bigger. Do you run on stock internals(connecting rods and pistons) ?

With the modifications on the ecu by me i took it to a dyno and it did 160hp(144whp)@6100-6300 and 20.8kgm@3500 with 0.38bar boost. ps. gear changes are pretty slow cause of the clutch :(

    AN7's Mazda 2 1.5 Sport - Greece

Some new information. The clutch is slipping(on fast gear changes, mostly 3rd to 4th) and the injector duty cycle is 85%. All these at 0.38bar(5.5psi) with ultra safe advance. So before i increase the boost i must change the clutch and the injectors.... pfff
