SEMA would be awesome. A new baby girl and a new house says that's not in the cards for a bit. Though Conroe might not be too bad. My wife has family south of Houston and I some friends in The Woodlands just a bit south of Conroe.
Nice throwback to the original design. I'm digging it! Can't wait to see it finished. If you ever attend a show in the North Texas area let me know. I'd like to see the truck in person.

"Rotary truck is heading back into the shop for some upgrades so it can be driven before Christmas."
Upgrades?????
LOL! I tried shining up bits on my car and my wife's coupe and... it was definitely a lot of work. Well worth the effort in your case because your engine looks sharp.
Sorry to hear about the lay off. That really bites. Speed's been there several times and I barely escaped it a couple of times with my last job. Sending some good mojo your way.
I must say I've really enjoyed reading a lot of the articles. I don't race but I've been thinking of starting off with Autocross and see if I like it enough to explore other types of racing.
Nice, nice! When do you get to test fire?
I meant to ask earlier in the thread but I got distracted by the rest of the art work. Why the wide belt on the accessories?
Time and money are always the 2 most common issues. If you have the time you don't have the money. If you have the money you don't have the time.
Regardless, keep pushing forward man!
