    CX-5 Heated Seats...Kind of weak?

I find mine to work perfectly. I set them at "3" for a few minute after that "1" is enough. They are not as quick as my 2001 Jetta1.8t but it work's fine for me.

How well do you think the CX-5 will hold its value?

I paid my previous Speed3 2008.5 32k in 2008. Trade it for my CX5 and i got 18500$ for it at the dealer with 42000km on it. So it's like 42% depreciation, i know that a Speed3 is a bit more rare but this is an excellent indicators of how well Mazda hold their value i think.

Musings on NVH in the CX-5

I dont know about other's but mine is mostly noise/vibration free. Except for lately but any car at -25/28 (-15 deg/f) is prone to crack and vibrate at least a little. I have a rattle in the back hatch and a few noises coming from the dash but that's only due to extreme cold weather lately...

    Going from a 2007 Mazda3 GT (hatchback) to a CX-5

Also come from a Mazda 3 but a "Speed" 2007, went from 13.0l/100km (premium) to around 10l/100km. I do really short trip to work, around 17km one way and when our CX5 are cold it get's really bad milleage. Lately it's been -15/-20 so im getting around 11l/100km but it's way better than my Speed...

For those in sub -20C climates.

A few -20 lately and it started a bit slower with a rough idle but not worst than my previous Speed 3. If i dont give it time to warm up, the transmission is very very slow, other than that it look ok to me.

TSB out in Canada for hood and mirror shake.

Okay so basically the TSB number is: 12-24 or that's what it say's on my invoice. For the mirror apparently there is no TSB yet but they try to fix it anyway under warranty but when they install the new mirror assembly, one pin broke again and the problem is not solve yet. They issue a "tech...

TSB out in Canada for hood and mirror shake.

At some point in this article they talk about it, they say it was done under warranty. Of course a dealer will probably try to do anything to please "Car and Driver" staff. Car and driver long term test

Wife thinks TPMS is a pain but...

My TPMS light went on yesterday because of the big change in temp the last few day's. The temp in my area went from 55f. to -5f. in 2 week's. My winter tire were installed on my steelies, inside at normal temp so when i installed them on my CX5 (3 week's ago) they were ok, a little bit on the...
