    S-plan I got mine under the "S-Plan" but paid $500 under invoice. I guess it depends on what your dealer thinks the S-Plan really is. According to my BIL at Ford, he was told the Mazda S-Plan was list minus $500. You're also supposed to get any dealer incentives under the S-Plan as well...
