Just installed Tuxmats in my Volvo. Beyond impressed. They look like they were installed at the factory. I really like carpet in my cars so I only run weather mats in winter but these are so nice for the first time in my life...I may keep them year round.

Off topic, it's absolutely insane to me the # of people I see here and especially on Reddit...paying cash for $30k-$40k cars.

I know tire rotations are, believe it or not, free at my dealer. Sounds to me like he's trying to make sure that tire continues to wear badly so they can sell you 4 new ones soon.

So you put over 30,000 miles on your 4 wheel vehicles, and 8000 on your 2 wheel... are you ever home? :D

8,000?!? In a year? Assuming so. That's incredible. Can't even imagine. I do about 500 a half year. (NE Ohio... I don't get 12 months. Still would come nowhere near 8,000 though. Power wagon? That looks like a trunk?!

Yes. And it was impressive, I will admit. I mean there was hardly any space between the wheel and the car. And I could put 1,000 pounds in the trunk and it wouldn't budge or scrape. And it did corner exceptionally well. But man, that drive. And yes, I realize not all lowered cars are that bad...

Lol…it’s not the look I hate…it’s how they drive. Bought a lowered Saab once. Looked pretty good…and it cornered like a train on tracks…but man…Cleveland roads are not kind to cars with tight suspensions. I do want to feel the road…but I want my car to at least absorb some of the road.

To each their own., I hate lowered cars…but those rims look great. :D

I don't mean using "Mazda oil". If they say dino is fine for your turbo, I believe that.

A lot of companies ask you to use synthetic. I sincerely doubt they say somewhere "Because the turbo runs cooler on synthetic". Happy to be proven wrong. Regardless as it relates to this thread: do what Mazda tells you to do. LOL

That's exactly right because a synthetic oil won't break down as fast as a straight dino oil does at higher temps. And since dino oil can easily last 5k, unless you're waiting much longer, there's no advantage to syn. Mazda knows what they're doing. 8)

That's not true at all. Turbo engines have been running on plain old regular oil since the dawn of the turbo in the 60s. The modern turbo prefers (and some do require) better gas, but there is no requirement for synthetic oil on a turbo that I have ever heard.

I switch between 19's for summer and 17s for winter and other then the noiser snow tires, honestly, there's very little difference that I can tell.

Mazda has always only offered this on the higher trims. This isn't new. Ask anyone with a 2016 Touring or Sport. Only came on GT back then. OR the Touring IF you added the Tech package (I think).
