Lol, I know this..... I guess what I was really asking is how large does the exhaust mani crack need to be before it starts effecting the idle.

I am pulling almost 20 inches of merc, still doesnt mean that I dont have a leak somewhere. I know that the exhaust manifold does have a crack in it but to the extent of the crack I am not sure. You can not hear it leaking or anything.

The blue protege is running amazing now, it has a bouncing idle problem even after I changed the IAC. Ill have to look more into that AND the fans that are on it now (They are the slimline style but not that brand) are not pulling enough cfm and the car is idling a little bit above 190 maybe...

Yes I used a noid light to test the injector pulse.

I used those injector testers.....

It was a broke injector wire in the wiring harness. I plugged the injector tester into it and it was lighting up, so I guess when I bent the wire up it made connection again.
