    2024 CX-5 Steering Shimmy

It's commonly referred to as "brake rotor warping" which is somewhat of a misnomer as it's actually caused by uneven deposition of brake pad material on the rotor surface. It can happen any time to any vehicle no matter what age and is caused by any number of driving variables. Long and short of...

Upgrade from '23 PP to a '25 PP - Any advantage?

I've owned 2 of these things 10 years apart and there's no reason an SUV with the footprint of a CX-5 shouldn't/couldn't have (at least) decent leg room for rear seat passengers. Never mind a little more usable cargo space. I'm glad to see them finally do the right thing and I seriously doubt it...

Upgrade from '23 PP to a '25 PP - Any advantage?

The real advantage of waiting for a '26 is they finally corrected the 2 problems the car's had since day one: not enough cargo room and (more importantly) terrible rear seat legroom!

What have you done to your CX-5 today?

In my experience, with a completely flat battery in a CX-5, those things aren’t much good. Only way I’ve been able to start is with a jump from another car. Just sayin’

New 2024 CX-5 not starting - lemon car?

See post #1 in this thread: https://mazdas247.com/forum/t/brand-new-cx-5-dead-battery.123879700/ He explained it much better than I could, but the exact same thing happened to my wife's'23 when she first got it. You have to be very careful to turn everything off when you park one of these things...

    Low tire pressure on continuously

The system reads tire rotation off the ABS sensors and monitors for variation from the point when the TPMS button was pressed. You may have a damaged ABS wire on one wheel which would throw the system off.

    2016.5 CX-5 Replacement Liftgate Panel

Have you tried taking it off to see how it's attached? Or looking at an on-line parts break down to see what p[arts are associated with it? My guess is it's just a pop-on/pop-off assembly with no additional "button retainers".

2017 CX-5 2.0L Dynamic AT high fuel consumption?

No, it doesn't. My quess is it's AWD and to expect over 29 mpg doing the kind of driving you're doing is unrealistic. You're pretty much in the ball park where you are as those aren't ideal conditions. If you were doing freeway driving, you could expect 30+ mpg. BTW; what is FSH?

Radar Sensor and Smart Brake System Malfunction

If it's throwing a code serious enough to put it into "limp home mode", it most certainly should be storing that code in the ECU for someone to read!
