    Noise when applying brakes

If that's the case and you're sure that's the problem then shop around for a rear brake job. Did they ever put it on a lift, remove the wheels and show you the damaged pads and rotors? Should be pretty easy to see once the wheel is removed. If that's the cause of the noise then either pay the...

    Noise when applying brakes

That's highway robbery. Not knowing your location it should not cost more than $400 for rear brakes and rotors. I'm assuming you're in the US. If not then pricing may be in line, don't know. As far as engine filter, that's a $20 part (or less) and you can do it yourself in 5 minutes with no tools.

    Noise when applying brakes

Had my rears done at the dealer back in Aug. $210.78 out the door although they did not replace the rotors, only resurfaced them.

    Noise when applying brakes

You may want to find a repair shop that specializes in brakes and suspension, usually not a Mazda dealer. That sound may have nothing to do with the brakes, only that the sound is originating near one of the wheels. When you had it in the shop did they check the calipers to make sure one was...

    Noise when applying brakes

60,000 is not unusual for replacement of rear brakes and rotors. In fact that's pretty good unless all your driving is highway then it's about normal. I had to replace rear pads around 35,000 miles.

2019-2020 CX-5 GT Reserve and Signature 2.5T Engine Coolant Leaking TSB

I received the letter today. Kinda peed me off since I purchased an extended warranty a few months back just for this problem. Happy for the owners that have or will experience this problem. Hopefully it won't be many. Oh well, if my radio or folding mirrors break I'm covered.

    Is my baby gone?

Did any airbags engage? That along with damage is a good indicator if it will be totalled or repaired.

    Need Advice - Looking at a 2015 CX-5 Monday, Dec. 23

There should only be a record for work if the car needed it. There's no front end work that adheres to a schedule. Alignments when tires are replaced is recommended. A/C gets work when it don't work. I'd make sure there weren't any accidents. What about plugs, coolant, diff fluid (if AWD)...

    Please Help Radio/Console Randomly Restarting

They don't expire. You just need to pay for updates after 3 yrs. I have the same SD card in my 16 since I received it in 2015. Still works fine. Same for my 2019. More than likely the SD card was bad.
