Was the "fix" done per the tsb? Were your exhaust valve seals replaced with the updated seals.....by a Master Technician? Cuz thats the "fix". Post a copy of your work order. Might help others

Yup. Thats when mine does it too. Coming off a stop, accelerating and turning right or left. Also over uneven surfaces and also body roll. If its temp related that kind of indicates rubber to me.

The only things I havent removed from the car are the struts and upper bearings/mounts. I would love to press those LCA rubber bushings out and slather them up with silicone grease. That would be interesting to see

Yea, I tried using both doors as levers to compress the suspension. Its too stiff. I even stood on the cross brace over the radiator on both sides. Not enuf to get deep enuf into the "stroke" to make it happen.

Yea, I have to say that's highly likely. But to have a Japanese suspension component be bad is so so rare. I wish I could make a confirmed diagnosis. Been doing Maxda's job with all my troubleshooting but like you said earlier they wont do it. If there isn't a DTC code its good. Idiots
