take a can of wd40, put it in the wheel arch facing upwards to where the coil spring and the strut mount sit. spray a crap out of the top of the coil spring and drive around. i have this on my 2019 also. it's a common thing, i have to do this every year or so.

sounds like drive line issue. need to put it up on a lift and run the car to identify where it's coming from.

i really can't tell from the 2 second audio. you really have to diagnose it in person. put it on a ramp and either use chassis ears or statoscope so listen to where it's coming from.

I think if we add rubber spring pads on the top and bottom it will also improve nvh. Bump nvh is pretty bad on these.
