    PLZ HELP! Car won't start

interesting. I was going to suggest that your MAF was unplugged, cause that's what my car does when it tries to start with the MAF unplugged.

    WTB: protege MAF

I just might try that. I also ordered one from CWill, so I'll give that a shot too. -Mateo

    CEL: too rich-wtf?

mine's a bit insane. I've purchased CWill's old MAF, perhaps the one I have is just dead. I completely took the turbo system out of the loop today, made a short intake pipe, and ran the car NA. Took me 20 minutes, and it shows you how riduculous 200 dollar intakes are. However, the car...

    WTB: protege MAF

Alright, i have good reason to believe my MAF isn't reading correctly. I'd like to buy someone's MAF, preferably an MSP, but realistically any one off of a 2.0L protege. Thanks! -Mateo

    Fuel pressure control circuit?

Ok, I've got a CEL for "P0090 Fuel Pressure Reg 1 Control Circuit". I had suspected something like this, but I wasn't sure. Now, what in the world does the car have to control fuel pressure? Is the regulator controlled by something electronic? Does anyone have any ideas on how to figure out...

    need MAF voltage #'s!

Hi, I'm trying to work out some issues with my MSP, and I think they may be due to the MAF(maybe the MSP really did have a different MAF). Can anyone give me some readings on MAF output voltage at a few convenient RPM points? That would be very helpful. Muchas gracias! -Mateo

    CEL: too rich-wtf?

no A/F gauge yet. My dad's letting me borrow his AEM out of his FD for a few days; I'll see if that shows me anything. You're kidding about the exhuast leak, right? Unless it was before the O2, i don't see how in the world that would make sense. even if it WAS b4 the O2 sensor, i can't see it...

    CEL: too rich-wtf?

Alright, now I've got a CEL for too rich on sensor 1. I was pretty sure this was the case, but I wasn't sure. I'm wondering if the 255 lph fuel pump could be causing it?? I have the stock pump at home, but I don't see how this would really make a difference. -Mateo

    Maf

ermmmm somehow I doubt it, but it's worth checking. Where did yours crack? -Mateo

    Maf

alright, then it's ok. It's reading about 2.08 volts at 160 degrees. that should be ok.

    Maf

can someone pull some Voltages from their MAF for me at several points? For instance, idle, 2.5k, 4k? That would be tremendously helpful. Reading from my O2 sensor, the car is going very lean when you get off throttle, and trying to kill itself. I thought it was going really rich, but I was...
