i just got some red line for the probe it was the only one i could find that wasnt gl-5 which you cant put in a mazda becouse of the brass

and is the p5 tranny the same as the msp

ok becouse i have just the regular fs in it now and i could get the heads ze cams tranny ecu+harness and coil packs then turbo and i should be good to go and is the garret t3 turbo on protege garage the same as the stock msp one also i have like 1.5-2g's for this

any ways im new to the boards and this summer i think me and my dad are gonna do a msp swaap in my probe anyways we found one in a junkyard and he wanted 4000 for the engine tranny and the turbo set up and i laughed at him so what do you think is a fair price for a msp motor trans turbo and ecu

actually i found a mazdaspeed protege with 49k on it and im planning on getting the motor, trans, turbo and ecu so thats everything i need now except a radiator and cluster to do a swap

no the focus engine was built by ford and our was built by mazda they are just the same size but not the same engine i remembered seeing this on a probe forum

yeah im interested i actually need a tranny now for my probe and that will bolt right up i just wonder if the gearing is different someone told me that either the mp3 or the mps had the same gearing as the 6 cly probe but how many miles are on it and how much do you think you would want for it
