ive notice when i have my subs on my headlights will dim and kinda make a flashing pattern. and well.. i just happend to be a few cars behind a cop and he noticed and yeahhh that was a B.... any way to get this to stop?

I am looking to get HID's. i need all and any information on them. Is it just a system i install with the headlights i have now and switch bulbs or whole new headlight part? and how much would it cost to transfer over? thanks!!
