Is the car stressing at these high RPMs?? I get worried and feel it is..

I am a guy who wants to take care of his car and not push it past its limits. So I'll go a bit slower, maybe 70-75, where I know my engine is not stressing.

Isn't it a problem if this car is stressing at 65? I mean, I have to go about 1 hour to work on the highway. The speed limit is 70. If it is already stressing at 70, I have a problem. Is there anything I can do to make it more stable on the highway?

I am going to be honest, I have driven my M3 @ 150 MPH on a highway before my wife yelled to slow down. I am an experienced driver and can drive safely at those speeds. I just gonna keep up with traffic, and people here go 80-90.
