Not necessarily. I had a FWD car that was a champ in the snow. It did have passive rear wheel steering, though. I'm sure it's not going to be as good as having the AWD, but there are different levels of how much a FWD car sucks in the snow.

With all the spokes in the MS6 rims, does anybody have any tips on getting the snow out of the rims so that the car doesn't shudder down the road? My other cars were only 5 or 6 spoke rims, so I'd just stick my snowbrush/scraper in there to get them mostly clean.
