Wow those are the same cars........

Because, The fans that are in there now are almost keeping the car cool. Its just when the AC is on and if the car sits and runs for 30 minutes it gets pretty hot.

I need to know what fans people are useing for both sides that will keep the car cool.

Do you think they will move enough air?

What is the normal operating temp for a protege and how high does yours creep up?

The ones that are on the car now just don't move enough air. The slimline on my car seems like it moves twice as much air, and this car sits and slowly gets hotter and hotter and then when your cruising it cools down. Im almost positive these are not moving enough air.....

I am going to order two slimline (Style not necessarily brand) fans, it has a reg protege radiator in it so Im going to get two 12's. Anyone have any advice on a good cheap brand? I need something with pretty high CFM. I think I got my last ones from silicone intake or something.

Lol, yeah considering how good I did on the protege, it has me contemplating selling the MSP. I would really like to have a truck, but I am not about to pay a ton of money for one and I get 30mpg to work and back in the MSP so I think its here to stay.

I brung my engine and trans out the bottom. Super easy.

Sold my blue protege today. 5500 bucks for a Non msp with 115,000 miles. It sat on the lot for a week and a half.
