Something to try. Woolite foam carpet cleaer. It has its own scent but after it fades the oder may be gone.

Can't find it but seem to remember a thread about this. I think it came down to a brief run of the fuel pump. My 2018 did this.

Are you suggesting that there was a build up of pressure and it popped the window? I know there are rear vents and I'm having trouble believing this could be a cause.
