I've the same problem, best method I think is to open up the door and clean/lubricate all the moving parts with some white lithium grease. Something about heat makes the old grease sticky which in turn makes more work than the door actuator can handle (puns, Ha!)

Cambelt/water pump changed on the weekend, looks like the PO did the belt but not the tensioners or the water pump, the static roller had a nice wobble to it and the water pump was a bit sticky so it's good to get those replaced. Cam seals looked fine so I didn't touch them Annual inspection...

Getting awefuly close to 300,000km on the daily Sport20, pulling together a few items for a big service. At the moment it's getting new fluids and filters all round, a cambelt and water pump, new sway bar links and I need to check that rear engine mount. What else should I check/ replace?

Those little seals are friggin expensive from Mazda! $90NZD for 4 from memory When you do the swap, make sure you follow the procedure in the manual to depressurize the fuel system before you take stuff apart, keep it all super clean and you'll be right 👍
