Nothing is more infuriating then getting rear ended! I am sorry 7eregrine and happy to hear everyone is OK. With any luck it should be repairable. In my limited experience with accidents back end damage is repairable. Fingers crossed for you!
For cold weather climates, my vote is absolutely yes. The main reason why I purchased the premium package was for the windshield wiper deicer, heated steering wheel, and of course the HUD. My passengers in the back like the heated seats as well.
Welcome to the Mid-Atlantic! If it is any consolation, I had the same luck when I was buying my 2017 GT last year. (I'm from NJ myself) We don't get any good discounts or rebates.
I'm a little rusty, so someone else will have to correct me. But there are two seperate models for 2016. The 2016 and 2016.5 (end production) I believe the 2016.5 is the one with the heated seats as an option.
Seconded. Our 2016.5 needed a new windshield a couple months into ownership and got it done at the dealer. Not only was it very competitively priced, but this new OEM one is holding up MUCH better than the factory installed one.
You are not alone - I have the same problem.
For me, when the driver's window is down the whistle goes away. Put it back up and it comes back. I just chalked it up to can't be perfect and turn on the radio. :-)
The above posts are correct - most likely just dealer loan cars. And don't buy a "used" 2018 - the price would be about the same as a new one.
Depending on when you are planning to purchase, you might want to hold out until the announce the 2019's. There may or may not be a turbo in our future...
1. Amazing - it feels like you are driving on dry pavement
2. Unfortunately no, sorry.
3. The commander knob is the most intuitive system I've ever used. I don't use the touch screen myself. (Truth be told I forgot it was a touch screen until I typed this out) While the infotainment system isn't...
Sounds like when the salesperson delivered your car, they didn't reset the maintenance schedule. You can find it in your car's settings and reset to either flexible or fixed - whichever you feel is appropriate for your driving. Like everyone said so far, you don't need to worry about it until...
Does your brother keep his in SPORT mode? Have you tried putting yours in SPORT mode while driving? While not the most fuel efficient, it is more fun and peppier to drive.
Basically looking for an all season tire, with emphasis on rain/snow tracking. Secondary concerns is good wear and quiet ride.
New Jersey climate has a little of everything - snow storms, to torrential downpours, to Sahara hot dry spells.
Thank you for all the responses. It looks like I'm lucking out at 30k miles as is. Probably going to have to change them in a couple of months. Any recommendations for tire/brand?
