I asked to one of the service "advisors" about the upgrade and he didn't know what I was talking about. He was very surprised about it. I don't think Bella hve a clue about the upgrade so waiting for them is not an option. The installation procress is very easy so I'll do it myself.

They get scratched just from looking at them. There is no way to clean them without causing new scratches. Is unavoidable.
