Threads like this really speak to quality of the people on this forum. I don’t know if it’s the Mazda brand that appeals to a certain type of person, but I’ve never encountered a group like this in other automotive forums.

There’s a noticeable increase in power. I really didn’t pay much attention to mpg other than the reading in the instrument display. Not sure what I was getting prior to the JB4 install. I don’t have my CX-5 anymore, but last I checked Burger’s JB4 was the only option for Mazda’s 2.5t...

18.6 MPG, ‘20 Signature, Dec-Feb while running JB4 with Map 2, pure city driving. No remote start, so very few warm-ups. Guessing that’s the bottom of the range. Otherwise I saw as high as 21.0 during the summer.

If Mazda wants to be perceived as moving upscale, they’re going to have to get better at handling situations like this.

I’ll be in Naperville in a couple weeks. The new car had a scratched drivers side mirror when I took delivery. I’m heading back to Bill Jacobs when the new one comes in.

If you drop and raise your back seats often it allows you to do so without moving the front seats forward to clear them. If you don’t drop the seats very often it probably wouldn’t be important to you. I’m in Rockford, IL. What about you?
