Exactly. If when "racing" the car you rev it past about 7k rpms on your tach (protege5) you will bounce off the rev limiter. There is no govener on the car for top speed other than its own aerodynamics. I have had my car at around 130 and it will not go any faster. I could hold that speed...

I used Bulldog adhesion promoter.
