The sticker was not my choice, but it came with the car, and for now I am not gonna sink money in to retint it. Unfortunately its pasted under the rear window tint. Thanks for all the good comments. Any mod suggestions? I have been told RMM and DP. Any other ideas?

Nope. Clean title. It was sittin in idaho since september. I wrecked my car a month ago, and flew from CO to ID to get it. Initial list was 16999, then 14825, and I walked out the door with taxes at 13570.
