Why do P5's eat headlight bulbs? Any long-lasting alternatives?

Don't all Canadian cars have DRLs? If so, that's a big factor in your shortened bulb life, since they're on all the time.

HID retrofit is probably the best you can do for an upgrade in light quality and bulb longevity.

running BAD at about 300rpm PLEASE HELP

Shouldn't be necessary, they were working before. My advice is to take it to a mechanic. There's nothing more I can suggest over the Internet, and you've checked the easy stuff.

    rear brake calipers

Same happened to mine while I was replacing the rear flex hoses. I was able to bleed them through the banjo bolt, but mine were already full, may not work if they're empty. Worth a shot though. Heat, and spray with penetrating oil. Enough cycles of that and it should come loose. MAPP gas torch...

    Rim Size

Factory offset is +50mm. 215/40 and 215/45-17 fit the best on a P5, with a +40mm offset. Your speedometer will read correctly as long as the overall diameter of your new/old tires is the same.

New Issues After Installing FSZE Intake Manifold. Hopefully Simple?

Fuel trims are a measurement of addition or subtraction to the amount of fuel injected. Negative numbers mean the PCM is pulling fuel, positive means it is adding. You need a scan tool to view them. The injectors are only sealed by little donuts and downward pressure from the rail. If they get...

    Bad misfire!! Need help!!!

02 sensors will seldom cause a misfire, especially one that occurs when the engine is cold. Replace the coils, plug wires, and plugs (tune up). Use standard NGK V-power plugs. If the misfire persists, look into the EGR and vacuum leaks. You can also unplug the fuel injectors one at a time...

New Issues After Installing FSZE Intake Manifold. Hopefully Simple?

Fuel trims? Spray some brake cleaner around the injectors and see if they're leaking vacuum. They did when I changed them.
