There should be an ES badge between the door and front wheel well. I don't think sunroofs were options on any of the other cars. 4 wheel disc was standard on the ES and none of the other trim levels had it.

I know, I was speaking generally though. Since the Maz3 had HID's as a factory option you don't run into that problem. DOT hasn't approved any aftermarket kits for that reason, that's all I was saying.

The aftermarket kits are illegal because the light patterns aren't regular or something like that, there was a thread on CP about this a while back. . . you get pockets of brightness and darkness, if I can find the thread I'll post a link

why not just get the OEM part from the dealership? That's probably the only way you're gonna get it legally. It'll cost you out the ass, but if it's what you want. . .

there's plenty in 205/50R16, the difference is negligible, it's +1 mph on the speedo, which is probably shooting about 2 mph low anyways. edit: the falken ze-512's are nice tires, and not too expensive either.

I think the nose is so long because of the RX-8 front end grafted on, if it was truely that long the wheel gap wouldn't be so awkward. . . . Why are they going back to the RX-7, if it's new, why not RX-9?

As long as the tires fit on the wheels, they won't rub (unless you got really high sidewalls), at least on stock wheels. If you start getting into different size wheels, that's when you have to worry about rubbing.

I'd hope that they would at least do some work with the cams, put some forged internals in (I'm not sure what it has from the factory). Definitely an ecu upgrade. . . but it does seem rather large/heavy for a miata. I think a turbo aluminum 2.0L would be a nice fit :)

Yeah, I got dragged to it by the woman. I actually thought it was pretty good (plot, story, style etc etc). She started crying about halfway thru it and just kinda didn't stop. But yeah, it was definitely better than other stuff out there.
