SoundDomain has the Audiovox FMM100 RF ($33). I bought one for my PR5 stock. The external source will play via the FM radio.

The amp in the attachment above is for the 340 model. But it shows the speaker input connector which is typical for Alpine amps (I think). At least it looks the same as what is on the F320 amp.

Welcome Melvin...To a newbie from another newbie. I'm in the process of installing an Alpine MRP-F320 with my stock HU. Thanks to 1st MP3, I was informed that I will have to use the Speaker-level input route to connect the amp to the HU (since the stock HU indeed does not have RCA outs)...

Ahh, got it! (2thumbs) I didn't see that Speaker-level input next to the RCA-ins when I was looking at the pic. I am gettin' old. Thanks 1st... (bowdown) When I do install the amp, I may be back seeking your knowledge...

:confused: Ok, please pardon my oh-so-newbie-ness here. :) How will the Alpine 5ch amp connect to the HU? The amp has speaker outs (4ch+1 sub wires) and RCA-ins, based on the pics from Crutchfield.

How many pre-amp outputs on the stock HU? How does the HU connection for the CD changer look like (if any)? Pictures are appreciated.

I agree 1st. If I don't find any locally, I'll give my cousin in SD a call and purchase it for me. How heavy is the 10W sub? Does it come in a shipping box already?

Sir Nuke, Thanks for the info from my other post... So that velcro secures the Alpine well, huh? Sounds like the way to go without drilling through the carpet. I plan on doing the install myself. Gotta start sometime... How do I take off the front panel to work on the stock HU?

No TWEETERs in Northern California. They're only in Southern Cal. The 10W JL Audio are only available in-store. Oh well... I guess I'll search my local dealers. Ebay has a used 10W Powerwedge for $130...

Is there a way to use that connection and convert to a Left-Right RCA input? That way I can plug-in my Nomad Jukebox player via RCA cables. Thanks.

The front dash panel has a button for MD/CD. Just wonderin' if the factory stock system have RCA-type Aux-In controlled by that button. I would assume so since the cassette option they just add on. I ask because I have a Nomad3 Jukebox MP3 player. I'd hate to use a cassette adapter to listen...
