i'd go with a less dramatic drop then if i were you, you could opt for the Eibach Pro-Kit, which i heard is very close to stock stiffness and still gives about 1.5 drop. And why wait for the side moldings? the earlier the better so the paint behind it can oxidise evenly with the rest of the car...
