    Apple CarPlay and Android Auto

I was quoted $350 installed by my dealer. I dont have the time, or confidence, to do it myself. Seems like a good deal.

    2016 Mazda CX-9 Wheel Vibration

I ended up trading the car in for a 2017 little over a year ago. The dealer gave me an offer I couldnt say no to. I never followed up with them about a fix for the car I traded. Not sure that it ended up being. My 2017 has been perfectly fine.

    2017 CX-9 Signature, Vibration on Highway when 65 mph+

I traded my 16 for a 17. The dealer gave me a deal i couldnt say no to. This was about a year ago. I do not know if the 16 I had issues with was ever fixed. To be honest, I never asked. After everything I went through, they suspected the rear diff could be the issue. I had the tires and...

Is your CX-9 AWD? Could be the drive shaft or rear diff.

    Dealer Invoice

Invoices are real and so are any would-be incentives manufacturers pay dealers, which is holdback. Usually 1-2% of dealer invoice. Were talking about a few hundred bucks on a $30K car. No need to split hairs. In any event, a good deal is all about perception, regardless of the actual sale...

What did you pay for your CX-9?

E-Plan is 4% under invoice. That would make the sale price $39,924. Care to share a snap shot of your buyers order? These forums are informative and anything other causes would-be consumers harm. I bought mine at E-Plan, and will gladly share if you like.

    Targeting A Dealership?

Rates are going up again. I dont think we will be seeing 0% or .9% for much longer. It will be too costly for manufacturers to buy down.

    Targeting A Dealership?

Have the dealer show you a print out that if you were to finance using .9% vs taking the $2,000 cash and financing at a standard rate. If the interest paid with the standard rate is more than $2,000 higher than the interest when using .9%, you take the .9%. The only reason to take the $2,000...

Leather Seat - Is this normal?

The TSB was for the bubble forming on the seat bottom. It seems to be the seat cushion is also replaced. The other photos of side bolsters wrinkling are due to flattening of the bolster. Thats not a leather issue, thats a physical bolster issue of them flattening out. It happened to my 2013 CX-5.

Leather Seat - Is this normal?

Over time, yes it will. Ive seen it in hundreds of vehicles over the years. Some are better than others.

    Targeting A Dealership?

Thats not true at all. You need to be really careful about passing opinions as facts when people come here for information. There are cases where the manufacturer, not the dealer, offers the customer an either or when it comes to an incentive. You can choose either the cash incentive or the 0%...

Leather Seat - Is this normal?

The leather having a wrinkled look is due to the material under the seat changing form from being sat on. The foam under the leather compresses and the leather conforms to the new shape of the foam. Its not really an issue with the leather, but whats underneath. Happens to most every car.

Truth or Scam regarding CPO program "fees"

As long as youre aware that tax, tags, title etc are extra, there is nothing to worry about. If a dealer disclosed any would-be fees up front, you are then aware of the total cost. Im a proponent of working the deal from the out the door cost aspect.

Truth or Scam regarding CPO program "fees"

You didnt bother to read the explanation. Money down and amount due at signing are two different terms, legally. Also, every single vehicle manufacturer does the same thing. Its not the dealers fault. The manufacturers encourage it by creating the ads themselves. Ever seen VWs 0 down lease...

Truth or Scam regarding CPO program "fees"

Hold on there, before you accuse the dealer of being shady for advertising zero down leases, you need to be aware of advertising laws. Many states have laws against advertising prices with tax and DMV included as states havent varying tax and DMV rates. Also, the legal term for money down on a...
