Does emanage for N/A need 02 voltage fix?

Hey, thanks, Eddie! I'm enjoying the "new" p5, its an '03 I picked up about a month ago w/30k miles. I had just sold my '93 SE-R w/T3 ball bearing turbo, so I'm kind of missing the pull of that ride, but the style, comfort and handling of the p5 is great. Thanks much for the invite, as it...

Does emanage for N/A need 02 voltage fix?

Not yet. I do have the ECU pinouts, rotary switch settings and such. Would be nice to see some maps at some point, as I don't yet have a wideband 02 and A/F meter, but for starters I'd like to just see if I can get some timing adjustment. -Chuck

Does emanage for N/A need 02 voltage fix?

I understand this is needed for some applications to fix the 02 voltage at WOT. Would I need it if I am running the emanage for my N/A p5? If so, why? Using emanage mainly for timing control, but if adjusting the fuel curve will get me a few extra HP's then why not. Thanks, Chuck

Will emanage adjust timing for N/A p5?

Say more -- MSP's are having some kind of fried coil pack problem? Anyway, I just gone my emanage. I wonder where I could get some MAPs for NA P5? Any ideas? thanks, Chuck

Will emanage adjust timing for N/A p5?

The mp3 ecu won't give any incremental adjustment, though, right? It's kind of just a few HP's anyway, I'm assuming with the emanage I could put in premium fuel and advance it a bit more. I wonder if tuning the fuel would be of benefit as well for N/A? Thanks, Chuck (N00b)

Will emanage adjust timing for N/A p5?

A friend of mine was using this with his Imprezza (OBD II) and suggested it might help with doing timing advance with my P5. Anyone have any thoughts or experience on the subject? Thanks a lot! -Chuck

What EMS will be the best for N/A p5

A buddy of mine runs this on his turbo Impreza and loves it. I would recommend that people email them and ask about availability. The page link is here. -Chuck
