Fronts and rears...Using Cobb springs. Wondering if the strut towers or anything else besides the wheels needs to be torqued correctly.

Does anyone know where I can get torque settings on my MS3? I'm installing new springs tomorrow......

The one wheel does have some spots...not known what caused them. They are small and you can only see them when your up close. The spots did go through the paint.
