Although I don't have a mazda3..(I was so close to getting it..damnations to the canadian credit bureau..) I use the Silverstar HID-wannabe headlights on mine. They are not as HID-ish as they advertise, but it's definately much whiter than stock bulbs. Plus i didn't really notice much difference...
