Reasons are plenty. The Map disk is outdated. The voice recognition is horribly inaccurate. The stereo portion has it's quirks and bugs. After playing with it for a month I realize all the limitations that it has compared to something aftermarket. I probably won't do anything about it soon...

I had rattling in the back also. Turns out it was the cargo cover that was flapping around. Once I stretched out the cover the rattling went away. Just FYI something to check.
