I've been using a product called Klear Screen for years that doesn't have alcohol or ammonia. MSDS just lists "proprietary ingredients" but my guess is its water, a mild surfactant (detergent) and an anti-static material. I only use it for stubborn marks though - normally just blow off dust...

Generally anything with alcohol or ammonia isn't screen safe, unfortunately.

Spotify's premium option allows you to download your playlists to your device so it works with no internet.

That's not OP's issue. OP's appears to be regarding certain mass storage.

Prolly a power requirement issue and some (mostly older) harddrives need extra power. It uses USB 2.0 which doesn't deliver much. Just use a thumb drive or ipod/phone

You have a 2017, so this thread would not apply to you. In general TSB's are not fixed for free unless under warranty, and you have to be able to demonstrate the issue listed in it pretty conclusively.

I completely disagree. BSM has saved me a couple of times from someone changing lanes or zooming up on me after I put on my blinker.

Can't comment on USB because I don't use it, but the iphone 6 works fine over bluetooth. I've never bothered with this fix because bluetooth works fine. I'd also be suspect about a dealer claiming an iphone 6 can't play music on it. Dealers say a lot of things.

Ventilated seats would be a nice option

I don't have it in front of me but I believe the section in my 2014 manual advocates driving "gently" (or similar wording) while the blue light is on. Entirely possible they changed this at some point.

Spotify and other services have a download option so you don't need cell service. I'm a cheapo when it comes to cell data plans so this is what I do.
