for the AC system to work it needs air flowing over the condenser coil, so at idle with AC on you get more fan activity :D

if you use steel washers again the same thing will happen due to the dissimilar metals reacting with each other and corroding the aluminium heat shield away. Your probably better off with the rubber washers under the steel washers or some large aluminium washers :D The nuts I believe are M6x1 :D

the inside of the torsion bar is still completely empty so yeah you could :D might make one at work :D

the pictures Derrick posted aren't from a Mazda 2 but they are very similar, the shock mountings are the same, it is a brace :D Finally got around to fitting my new wheels!! (lol2) Also fitted the Cusco rear anti roll bar :D (picture was taken before we tighted up the bar to the brackets)

they do indeed! should stiffen the rear end up quite nicely :D I need to check if it will interfer with the cusco rear sway bar though.....

Does it from the factory :D Although I keep meaning to mod the "flash to pass" to bring on the fog lights too! :D
