So does an exhaust cutout give you the same benefits if not more than spending 800 on a vibrant turbo back? You can get an electric cutout for 150. If cutout gives you same power increase why not go with that?

I just bought an 03.5 MSP from boostedprotegelx and i drove the car for about 500 miles and then parked it to have it painted and wheels powdercoated... I started the car to move it from where it was parked at house and I had this same problem. What do I need to fix? It didn't make any noise...
