Do i also need around 4 quartz of oil if i drop the pan?

Thanks for confirming. Because the dealer told me it was a silicone type and the videos i saw on youtube use the cork type one.

For those that drop the pan. Is the gasket a silicone type?

Hi, did anyone tried to use another brand? My car broke down last month and one of it failed. The dealer part is a bit expensive if I replace all of them. Wondering of an alternative or the oem is really better.

I saw some oil under my engine bay. Where could it be coming from? I don't see any drip in my garage.

Hi, I have a 2013 cx5 that I plan to have the engine belts changed. Is it also good to replace its tensioner? Mileage is 115,000 km.

I see some very minimal cracks on the belt when I looked at it. Right now i am just tying to prioritized things to replace because of the expense. I have a 2 liter. Would really appreciate if you share the pic.

Thanks for the response. I tried to ask the dealer about the ATF change and have the cartridge change as well. It would cost around 500+... man that is expensive. It was never changed since new. For the belts. serpentine is around 44 and water pump belt is 20. but the labor of each is around...
