As for the front motor mount, the DEA one doesn't accept it. It's shaped a bit thicker than the OEM front motor mount.

For problem 2, check and clean/replace your EGR valve. Check/clean the IAC valve. Check your vacuum hoses to see if they are cracked. If you haven't done so in awhile, replace your spark plugs, wires and coils.

So, I replaced the oil pan gasket with the permatex ultra black. The 3.35 oz. tube is more than enough. Let it dry for 2 days. It was dry after 1 day. I filled it with oil, drove it and it's not leaking.
